Jeff Hogan - Born 1978 - Hope B.C. Canada 

  • ​Jeff has played in over 100 NHL games for St. Louis, Boston Bruins and the Phoenix Coyotes. Over 15 years of professional hockey from 2002-2017.

  • Jeff has been in a Captaincy role for 5 different NHL organizations mentoring top NHL prospects towards their dream of playing at the highest level.  His leadership experience includes guiding notable players Kyle Turris, Michael Boedker, Phil Kessel,and David Krecji. As Captain of the 2013 AHL Champion Grand Rapids Griffins, he led many future Detroit Red Wings such as Tomas Tatar, Danny Dekeyser and Gustav Nyquist. 

  • He is a two-time Calder Cup Champion, was selected as Captain for the 2016 AHL All-Star Game and in 2015 received the AHL Fred T Hunt. Memorial Trophy for player best exemplifying sportsmanship, determination and dedication to hockey.

  • Jeff played college hockey at the University of Nebraska@Omaha from 1998 thru 2002.  He was a 2000 CCHA-All Tournament Team member, 2001-2002 CCHA All-Conference First Team Selection, AHCA Second-Team All-American and the first forward from UNO to play in the NHL.

  •  Jeff and his wife Chevonne met at UNO, married in 2008,and have 3 sons, Hunter -8, Cam-6, and Quinn 3. 

  • Current NHL coaches of influence include Jeff Blashill (Detroit Red Wings), Todd McClellan (Edmonton Oilers) Dave Tippet (Phoenix Coyotes), and Claude Julien (Montreal Canadiens). 

  • Jeff has also been involved with many youth programs throughout his professional hockey travels and proudly assisted in the Griffins Youth Foundation Program which promotes academic excellence, community involvement and healthy lifestyles to the youth of Western Michigan by enhancing their lives through hockey and ice-related sports.
